You and your future spouse need to make your lists and see how many people you are going to invite. If you are over your number, start cutting heads. Go back and forth until you have the number that you need. Decide how big your wedding party is going to be. Again, you and the future spouse are going to have to make a list of who is important to you, both male and female, and work out your wedding party.

Decide on the denomination. Religious or non-religious, you are going to have to make a decision and then line up the church or location that you are going to get married at. That will also dictate the type of ceremony that you are going to have. If you go the route of a church or other official religious ceremony, it is going to much more formal and you might want to get people to participate (readings), if you are going less formal, it will be easier to organize that aspect of it. This package is for the client who already began their planning and need help tying up the loose ends or assistance with those items they have been unable to find. This package will include as much or as little as you need.  Again, this package is for the client who wants to be personally involved in every aspect of planning their event. Cater To You Incorporated will provide guidance and keep you on track with this package but you, the client, will be in total control and involved every step of the way.  Even though this package can include anything you wish it to, below are the items that you could choose from that best suit your needs.  Initial meeting to assess needs, timeline, etc. a Cater To You Incorporated coordinator / wedding planner will review everything with you to assess the areas your event needs attention in.

Coordination Services

A Cater To You Incorporated Event/Wedding Planner/Coordinator will meet with you and review all the arrangements that have been made, review your vision and set a date for a walk through of the venue.

Cater To You Incorporated must be provided with a complete list of vendors at least a month prior to your wedding date (list must include: company name, your contact person and phone number or preferably a copy of all contracts).

Cater To You Incorporated will contact each vendor upon receipt of information in order to inform them that we have been contracted by you as your planners for the day and touch base as to the services they are providing for you.

Cater To You Incorporated will contact each vendor to confirm details for delivery and/or arrival time to your wedding, party or event site or sites the week of your wedding, party or event.

Cater To You Incorporated will meet with your venue and arrange for a walk-through prior to your wedding / event date.

Cater To You Incorporated will create a time line of events for the wedding /event day. This will keep your wedding / event on schedule in keeping with your wishes. Time line will be created with information gathered from you and will be provided to you for approval.

Your Cater To You Incorporated coordinator will attend/conduct your rehearsal when needed.

Cater To You Incorporated will pick up from you and deliver place cards, favors, etc… 48 hours prior to wedding / event date. A copy of the seating arrangements will also be needed from you.
